Office Manager

You won't be stuck at your desk all day - but we are looking for someone who can focus in and get things done, figure things out and help us move the needle forward. • Detail oriented with a capacity for numbers, spreadsheets and keeping organized • Comfortable transitioning from desk work to physical work, warehouse check ins and installs • Socially steady and positive attitude who likes to work with people, interact with customers and vendors and have a capacity for developing good interrelationships on a team - we are looking for someone who is calm even when there's chaos • Pragmatic and able to analyze and understand priorities that are ever shifting, being able to adjust tasks without loss of accuracy • If you notice inconsistencies, are very observant of details - this position will be one where you thrive. • Socially & professionally mature - not someone who needs constant interaction or hand holding. • Ownership mentality with a desire to cultivate a strong professional course • Experience in the design or construction fields is a plus Job Type: Full-time
