We are an award winning AD100 boutique firm looking to hire a part time Office Manager to work directly with the Principal Designer. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and meticulous individual who enjoys working in a creative environment with a rewarding professional experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: You’ll be responsible for all financial matters for the corporation, including bookkeeping, paying bills, invoicing, budgeting, interfacing with the company accountant, maintaining insurances, running payroll twice a month, providing financial reports to the Principal as required, and negotiating agreements for new projects. In addition, you will be communicating with clients, organizing, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and onboarding new employees REQUIREMENTS: \\- 5-7 years of experience as an Office Manager with an interior design or architecture firm \\- Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, familiarity with Google Suite \\- Must be resourceful, proactive, and autonomous \\- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent follow through \\- Willingness to handle responsibilities regardless how big or small \\- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize needs \\- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills \\- Must be a US green card holder or US citizen currently living in NYC Please send a detailed resume and cover letter
