Office Manager / Part-time

As part of the Thomas Troy Home team, this person will be the first point of contact for inquiries and assist in the daily routine as an Office Manager. You must have knowledge and experience in the following areas: Must be proficient using Quickbooks Office uses a Mac Computer only Excel spreadsheets WORD documents Invoices - Accounts payable and receivable Assist in writing vendor and client proposals and contracts. Ordering and Tracking Inventory Accounting knowledge strongly preferred. Strong Communications skills; verbal and written. Knowledge of the construction and design industry a plus!
