We are a passionate and tight knit team of 4 in need of a part- time Office Manager / Personal Assistant to the owner. There is a lot of behind the scenes work of an interior design firm and we need this person to be reliable, organized, and have incredible attention to detail. • Managing office needs: upkeep of the physical office space, inventory, troubleshooting IT issues that arise • Data entry into the software we use to create proposals and invoices • Bookkeeping: allocate bank statements for our accountant monthly, track accounts receivable and send client invoices monthly, track accounts payable and pay invoices bi-monthly • Samples: order and pick up samples from the Design Center, keep the sample library in tip top shape, ship samples to clients as needed • Installs: run all necessary errands and assist with install day • Constantly create ways to make Studio Lambiotte a more efficient business Day to day Personal Assistant responsibilities may include: • Miscellaneous personal errands such as dry cleaning, car service, and the occasional kid pick up from school. • Studio Designer experience is a major win • Microsoft Excel and Word is a must • Indesign/Photoshop experience is a plus
