Office Manager/Bookkeeper

We are looking for a self-starter and fast learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. No design industry experience is required, although a plus. -Keep design library updated, organized, and tidy; return sample memos to vendors -Make returns to various retail stores -Create monthly billing statements for client projects (excel) -Obtain samples from vendors for design meetings -Obtain quotes/pricing from Vendors for merchandise – Create Purchase orders (quickbooks) -Write estimates and invoices for client orders – (quickbooks) -Cut checks for merchandise & place orders (quickbooks - AP) -Manage and track orders until completion (excel) -Organize/arrange/schedule orders for delivery in conjunction with lead designer -Enter, update client account statement to reflect current payments and orders (excel) • Prior office management experience required; experience in related field preferred. • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Quickbooks.
