A luxury Interior Design firm in Spokane, WA is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to manage the administration, expediting of goods, and some bookkeeping aspects of the business. This position is ideal for an outstanding professional who has mastered office management and administration and wants a stable and long-term position with a growing firm. • Product procurement experience a plus • Experience in design showroom, products or design industry procurement preferred • Interior Design, Furniture or Construction vendor knowledge a big plus Administrative Affairs Duties • Business licenses and insurance management • Manage Filing and computer directory systems • Manage phone communications • Office scheduling • Office supplies • Manage subscriptions and affiliations • Project Tracking and Data Entry • Assist with facilities • Client Services • Manage CEO schedule and travel arrangements • Assist CEO with Marketing and PR • General CEO and office assist • Showroom Management Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
