Operations and Logistics Coordinator

Position Purpose: We are looking for a motivated, well spoken and focused individual with excellent communication skills and past work experience in interior design or related fields to join our team. \\- Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and communicate gracefully with vendors & clients when needed \\- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures, assist in systematizing on an ongoing basis \\- Assist with product returns and other miscellaneous out of office tasks as needed \\- Manage vendor accounts (getting accounts set up, updating price lists) \\- Maintain project management systems and update timelines This job is for you if: \\- You pay exceptional attention to detail in your work. This job is NOT for you if: \\- You do not have any interest in the interior design industry. \\- You do not have a professional appearance and attitude. \\- Minimum 2-3 years previous work experience in residential interior design or related industry \\- Organizational skills are critical for this role, including strong time management and project management skills \\- Strong verbal and written communication skills \\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite \\- Interest in and understanding of interior design and home décor is a plus.
