Installation & Post-Receipt Execution • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and installations • Be on-site for deliveries and installs as needed • Support real-time problem solving during installs • Act as a primary point of contact for warehouses, installers, and delivery partners • Manage damaged goods post-receipt, including initiating and tracking RAs • Coordinate pickups, replacements, and resolution of install-related issues • Ensure install-related issues are followed through to completion To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Comfortable being on-site and in motion • Confident, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure • Able to make judgment calls within defined scope without excessive escalation • Familiar with luxury service expectations and client-facing environments • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in the use of computers, tablets, and mobile devices for daily operations – skilled in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to understand and ensure adherence to documented operational processes and compliance standards
