Operations Assistant

As Operations Assistant will work directly with the Principal Designer to build and refine business systems, support day-to-day operations and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Qualifications Experience in interior design, kitchen and bath, home furnishings, remodeling, new builds or a related field strongly preferred.Proven ability to create systems, processes, and organizational structureStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesSelf-starter who can work independently and anticipate needsComfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing entrepreneurial environmentProficiency with Google Drive and Quickbooks.Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office and project management software (e.g., spreadsheets, calendars, task tracking tools).High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
