Operations Assistant

Mallory Hoggard Interiors is seeking an experienced Operations Assistnat who can help build the structure, systems, and processes needed to support a thriving interior design studio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order on the back end, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of a growing business. This role is part-time at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. As Operations Assistant will work directly with the Principal Designer to build and refine business systems, support day-to-day operations and improve efficiency. Experience in interior design, kitchen and bath, home furnishings, remodeling, new builds or a related field strongly preferred.
