Compensation Pay is $15-17/hr based on experience Scheduled raises of $0.35-$0.75/hr every 6 months for qualified performers Employer-paid health insurance with dental and vision 401K Weekly payroll About the Role We are looking for individuals that love working with their hands and are happy to work outside of an office. What You'll Do Work with the interior design team and follow design plans to furnish a variety of properties; Be an expert in working with tools to effectively install art pieces and build furniture; Assist with day-to-day inventory management and warehousing; Serve as a basic maintenance associate, equipped to handle anything from replacing a burnt out light bulb to remounting a TV; Act as the eyes on the ground for our design team and customer experience team; Work with a variety of local vendors ranging from handyman to property owners; Document and improve our daily operations to help us run more smoothly and efficiently.
