Job Duties - Daily accounting activities including payroll, insurances, and auxiliary HR Overseeing the company’s operations, scheduling, marketing, and branding initiatives Financial reporting Cash Flow management Requirements - • Five years’ experience working in finance or related field is require • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday, Quickbooks, and Studio Designer software • Demonstrated ability to manage all Accounting functions • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skilled in Financial Statement Preparation • Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise a team • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and finance
