About Kardinia: Kardinia Interior Design is a boutique, high-touch residential design firm based in Winter Park, Florida. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Operations Director who will strengthen the foundation of our workflows, elevate the client experience, and support our creative team in delivering exceptional design. Overview: The Operations Director plays a critical role in supporting the Creative Director and design team by overseeing the operational and organizational functions of all residential interior design projects. Beyond day-to-day operations, the Operations Director will take initiative to refine and elevate Kardinia's internal systems, workflows, and processes, continually enhancing how the team delivers its high-touch, full-service experience. ● High level of professionalism, and attention to detail • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced, boutique environment • Familiarity with the interior design process, construction terminology, and project timelines (a plus) • Proficiency with Houzz Pro and Quickbooks (a plus)
