Ali Henrie Design is a luxury residential interior design firm creating timeless, architecture-driven homes throughout Utah and beyond. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented

Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing firm and help us deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Working closely with the Owner and Principal Designer Ali Henrie, this role is responsible for managing business operations, improving processes, supporting the team, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through installation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the business and officeImprove systems, workflows, and operational efficiencyMonitor project workflows, budgets, profitability, and timelinesManage purchasing processes and vendor relationshipsSupport hiring, onboarding, employee development, and team accountabilityPartner with the Principal Designer on strategic planning and business growthHelp maintain an exceptional client experience from start to finishIdentify opportunities to improve processes and support a high-performing team

Qualifications

3-5 years of operations, leadership, or project management experienceExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughExperience with financial oversight, budgeting, and project managementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindsetExperience with Studio Designer is highly preferredExperience in interior design, architecture, construction, or a luxury service business is preferred

Position Details

Full-time (40 hours/week)Monday–Friday, 9:00 – 5:00In-person at our Provo, Utah office
