ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Perry Ellis International is seeking an Organizational Development Manager -Corporate and Retail Training who will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery and day to day management of Corporate and Retail Training programs. This position will be responsible for curriculum and course design, new hire orientation content, train the trainer programs, web and e-learning management and vendor management. Develop and manage a training curriculum that addresses such Business Skills as:  Leadership, Coaching, Communication, Time Management, Teamwork, Conflict Management, New Supervisor training and other significant areas of employee development Schedule, deliver and evaluate training classes falling under the HR scope including web-learning, leader- led and train the trainer programs Lead the Performance Management process for Human Resources and work alongside MIS with regards to redesigning and updating policies and systems Develop and support a structured Summer Internship Program while working with recruiting and HR teams to create robust learning opportunities for the interns Facilitate team-building at Management’s request to increase organizational effectiveness, such as new function/department role clarification, goal and team development, strategic planning, and 360º Feedback Manage required HR training deployment such as Workplace Harassment, Diversity, Anti-Corruption and similar programs as requested by leadership Provide new sales team member with on-boarding support as they develop sales programs to support sales talent pipeline Consult with Management on outsourcing of vendor programs to meet specific development needs related to performance enhancement, increase of product sales and customer satisfaction Manage executive coaching process and vendor vetting for all locations Recommend various performance assessment tools for both retail and corporate teams as needed Support IWT Florida Grant development and coordination along with vendor partner in support of PEI refund for associate training Skilled in presenting, designing and delivering a variety of training programs effectively to associates Experienced in developing and designing instructional materials such as presentations, job aids, short videos, etc. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Ability and skill to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to coach, train, motivate, and communicate with employees and managers at all levels of the organization to meet desired learning goals Strong team leadership experience Strong collaboration skills and ability to be nimble and support any other HR initiatives Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects Strategic and innovative thinker; able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making Solid project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills Strong business acumen and high EQ to successfully collaborate with executives and business partners at all levels Expert relationship management experience and skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with field and corporate team members Current or previous multi- country and multi-site experience HR/Talent Management experience within a large, complex global organization with a large employee population
