Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Sales & Luxury Account Executive role based in Springfield, MO. The Outbound Sales & Luxury Account Executive will also track sales activities in a CRM, monitor pipeline health, and provide feedback on market trends and client preferences to support business growth. Proven skills in lead generation and outbound prospecting, with the ability to identify and qualify high-value opportunities.Strong account management and relationship-building skills to support long-term luxury client partnerships.Excellent communication and customer service abilities to deliver a polished, high-touch client experience.Experience in consultative or luxury sales, preferably in real estate, architecture, interior design, or related fields.Comfort working on-site in Springfield, MO, with a professional presence suitable for high-end clientele.Competence with CRM tools, sales tracking, and basic sales reporting.Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.Available for the right entry level go getter as well
