Outdoor Living Sales and Design Consultant

We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America's leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and shade structures. We are also looking for a candidate that has excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow our documented processes. As an Outdoor Living Sales and Design Consultant you are primarily responsible for all sales activities including consultative selling and recommending various solutions to prospects and clients to satisfy their needs. • High School diploma or equivalent • 2 years minimum of previous sales experience and a proven ability to achieve sales quotas • Basic knowledge of construction preferred but not required • Strong communication skills and aptitude for math • Interest in arts, design, and helping people • Ability to develop and deliver presentations • Ability to learn quickly to adapt to new environments/situations and innovate with regard to products, methods, and processes • Excellent driving record • Total annual compensation is a mix of base salary and commission based on sales quotas
