As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are now rolling out showrooms nationwide to become a premier specialty retailer of kitchen and bath cabinets. As we enter new markets, our goal is to build a community of like-minded businesses and trade professionals who have the same passion for custom designs and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities • Proactively pursue and engage with prospective clients to help build clientele in the market • Build new and expand existing relationships with our commercial community • Find new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships • Seek out and source new corporate partnerships by cold-calling, networking, and leveraging existing contact base • Independently identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals • Oversee the development and implementation of quarterly and annual business development strategies to achieve growth targets • Work in cross- functional groups focused on partnership growth and retention activities and new business development • Conduct quarterly and annual reviews on partnership and sales strategies • Meet set KPIs and analyze sales and market trends Requirements/Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field • Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience with expertise in the industries of interior design, home improvement, and or home construction, • Drive and ambition with a proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives and track record of cold outreach and prospecting to drive top of the funnel conversion • Must be able to overcome objections, be a problem solver, and use data to forecast impending situations • Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills • Self-motivated, high energy and an enthusiastic attitude; demonstrates a need to win • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Comfortable traveling within the U.S. Key Skills: • Prospecting Skills • Sales Planning • Motivation for Sales • Market Knowledge • Presentation Skills • Negotiation Skills • Professionalism Compensation & benefits: • We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package, and equity (stock options) • For consideration please put "Outside Sales” as the subject, and send your resume to us • Equal opportunity employee
