We are an interior design firm • California company building a strong local presence in Orange and Los Angeles County • Over 30 years of combined experience in the window covering industry Job Responsibilities: • Conduct in- home sales presentations for shutters & window coverings, closing 50 - 60% of appointments. • Receive pre-scheduled, qualified leads from customers that requested our services (No cold calling or canvass leads) Job Requirements: • In home sales experience required • Computer skills • Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling • Self-motivated, driven to succeed • A professional image, high level of integrity • Strong Organizational skills • Excellent time management • Ability to drive within assigned territory • Ability to sell to a broad customer base • Available evenings and weekends • Owns a vehicle Excellent earning potential, mileage, and expense reimbursement.
