Outside Sales Position with Lighting Rep Agency

ENVSN Lights is a multi-line sales rep agency covering Northern California. Our customers include lighting showrooms, electrical distributors, design build firms, specialty suppliers and lighting retrofit outfits. We specialize in decorative lighting products; however, we also sell a variety of LED bulbs, fixtures and ceiling fans. ENVSN Lights is seeking an outside sales representative for business-to- business sales in Northern California. Roles and Responsibilities: -Manage and grow assigned customer base -Ownership of sales goals and territory -Installation of lighting displays and galleries -Product expertise in the brands we sell -Strong communication with our suppliers, customer and ENVSN team -Travel to see customers 3-4 days/week Seeking Candidates With: -A strong track record of relationship building and problem solving -3+ Years in outside sales experience -Lighting or electrical experience/knowledge -Interior Design experience or interest -Reliable vehicle transportation (Travel of 15K miles/year) -Strong work ethic and integrity -Strong organizational and communication skills -Mastery of Gmail, iCal, Mobile Devices, etc Benefits -Salary: $75K+ Depending on candidate and experience, Bonus/Commission Depending on Candidate -Basic Medical Coverage, Depending on Candidate -Expense Reimbursement for Travel -Flexible schedule and hours (min 40 hours/week)
