Looking for a part time/hourly book keeper (in house or remote) for a small interior design studio, 1 day a week or as needed. Responsibilities include monthly expense accounting into Studio Designer, vendor billing and follow up, client billing, general accounts payable and receivable. Applicant should have knowledge of accounting and book keeping Experience with Studio Designer for Interior Design (or similar). Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
