Part time Bookkeeper

Interior Design Firm in South Jersey, seeking experienced Bookkeeper. Part time, Monday - Friday. As part of our team you will be responsible for the overall running of the accounting operations as well as a myriad of other details. Qualifications Required: Quickbooks experience a MUST Excel and Word experience a MUST Accounting Experience Computer proficiency including basic troubleshooting Must be a proven self starter able to work without supervision Ability to multitask Ability to pay attention to detail with little error Excellent interpersonal communication skills written and verbal Organization skills to maintain files and retrieve information Willingness to work as part of a team In order to be considered please include on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, your experience with Quickbooks and Excel.
