Advises and guides customers on interior design and product functions as well as color schemes and color coordination.Meets in person with new home buyers to select color, style, and texture preferences of builders included features as well as available upgrade options.Presents options through use of sample material, catalogs, and available computer software.Provide pertinent product information that identifies expected maintenance, performance, and durability for all standard and upgraded options.Offers creative solutions and applies design principles while translating ideas into images.
