A lovely family in Manhattan Beach is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Family Assistant to join their team. This is a busy household, and there are 2 small children in the home whom have a dedicated nanny, the father travels frequently for his profession and the wife is launching a new business (interior design & staging). We are seeking someone who is outgoing, active, thoughtful, and organized. The ideal candidate can adapt to changes in their daily routine and be on board with assisting the wife with a variety of tasks, primarily with family scheduling, email management, travel coordination and supporting the new business endeavor. We would love to find someone who has prior administrative experience, takes initiative, great with email management, time management, prioritizing tasks, and overall organization management.
