Job Description: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or related field ideal, but not required) • 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the interior design industry • Proficiency in Design Manager (DM), Excel, and Outlook required • Strong numerical and analytical skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Familiarity with freight, tariffs, and varying sales tax regulations • Understanding of the interior design process and terminology • Ability to read and translate vendor quotes and specifications • Experience working with budgets and financial tracking • Strong interpersonal and vendor negotiation skills • Must be able to commute to NYC office 2-3 days per week
