Part-Time Interior Design Assistant

Lennox Road Interiors is a Minnesota-based residential interior design firm known for creating warm, intentional spaces that tell our clients’ stories. We’re currently seeking a part-time Design Assistant to support residential projects located in and around the Greater Minneapolis, St. Paul area and suburbs. What We’re Looking For: • Proficient in SketchUp and other design documentation tools (required) • Based within the Twin Cities area • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management (preferred) • Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and reliable • Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail • Experience with design presentations, client interaction, and vendor coordination • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing within a creative business • Able to adapt and pivot as project needs shift – flexibility is a must • Positive attitude and enjoys keeping the process collaborative, supportive, and fun!!! Details: • Part-Time / Temporary • $22 – $35 per hour, based on experience • Estimated at 2–10 hours per week, flexible depending on project phase • Work Location: home based, with need for travel to project sites, and Lakeville, MN office Ability to Commute: • Lakeville, MN 55044 (Required)
