Part-Time Design Assistant West Side Cleveland \| 16 plus Hours Per Week AutoCAD proficiency is required. Candidates without AutoCAD experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings Assist with design development and project documentation Research and source furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and materials Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed Assist with project coordination and follow-up Help maintain an organized and efficient design studio Support the principal designer with a variety of project-related activities Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD Understanding of interior design principles and space planning Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Professional, positive, and eager-to-learn attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or 2020 Design Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field Interest in custom residential design Experience working with vendors, materials, or product sourcing is a plus This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of a well-established custom residential design firm while developing both technical and industry knowledge.
