The position is approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Meet with homeowners to understand project goals and requirements Develop design concepts for kitchen, bathroom, and residential remodeling projects Create and revise plans using Chief Architect and 2020 Design Prepare floor plans, elevations, renderings, and cabinet layouts Assist clients with material, fixture, cabinet, and finish selections Incorporate client feedback and revisions throughout the design process Attend occasional client appointments Assist in sales efforts by presenting design proposals confidently and explaining the benefits of various remodeling options. Required Qualifications: Experience designing residential remodeling projects Proficiency with Chief Architect Experience using 2020 Design to create cabinet layouts Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Understanding of residential construction methods and remodeling practices Reliable transportation for occasional local meetings and site visits Competitive hourly compensation and bonuses based on experience and performance Flexible schedule Opportunity for increased hours as workload grows Potential for long-term growth within the company
