Part-Time Office Manager (Interior Design Firm)

Raleigh, NC (On-Site – 6500 Creedmoor Rd) 20–25 hours per week A high-end residential interior design firm is seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Studio Manager. Serve as the primary point of contact for studio visitors, clients, and vendors Prepare client contracts, reports, and documentation Manage client invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor payments (QuickBooks) Biweekly reporting of hourly design time to clients Coordinate vendor communication, order tracking, and issue resolution Maintain subcontractor documentation (COIs, 1099s) Support project setup and tracking in Asana Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination Provide administrative and operational support to the design team Maintain studio organization and supplies $30–$35/hour, depending on experience SIMPLE IRA with employer match Monthly health insurance stipend Paid holidays and PTO Flexible schedule, predictable hours, and stable long-term role
