Part-time Studio Manager

Mary Best Designs is seeking a highly organized, and detail-oriented Studio Manager to help keep a boutique interior design studio running smoothly. This part-time role supports the Principal Designer with daily operations, client communications, procurement, project coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, vendors, and trade partners. The ideal candidate enjoys both the creative and operational sides of design and is comfortable managing everything from order tracking and vendor communication to showroom support and hands-on studio tasks. Willingness to assist with both administrative responsibilities and hands-on studio tasks. Part-time availability of approximately 20 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours per week working in the studio during showroom hours.
