Mackenzie is currently seeking a payroll specialist who can also provide accounting support in a fast-paced environment in our Portland office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have a strong attention to detail, and have experience with: *Multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce *Month-end, JE, and GL *Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strongly desired, but not required: *Experience with Architectural and/or Engineering firms *Experience with general ledger entries and project accounting *Deltek Vision Software Employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination, including the booster shot, or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
