Private family office seeking personal assistant to be heavily focused on property management and project assistance. Will need to manage multiple projects, be highly organized and have excellent time management skills. This position will also encompass assisting the interiors firm with administrative duties. Candidate needs to have strong time management skills, be highly organized, and 3 to 7 years relevant work experience. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: • Manage active property management calendar, phone and email correspondence • Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners; provide follow up • Coordinate travel as needed • Assist with current firm projects, placing orders, contract negotiations, scheduling • Execute task list with high efficiency, follow up, and communication • Maintain high level of confidentiality/discretion when handling sensitive information.
