You'll help us grow our video and motion... presence by developing templates, textures and editing styles to ensure we show up with freshness and relevance, Develop compelling video content with a focus on digital marketing channels Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing Partners to develop video treatments that meet our brand goals, values, and tone Develop reusable templates, textures, titles, and subtle motion graphics to streamline workflow Have your finger on the pulse of social trends, meme culture and video practices that resonate with our target market, Gen Z Maintain an organized library of content and assets with a high level of detail Requirements Video editing: 1-2 years (Required) Audio-editing skills: 1-2 years (Required) Experience working with common digital advertising platforms such as YouTube, Google Ads/Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc Knowledge of analytics tools to understand ROI of podcast or video content Experience working in a startup environment and building a team/department General good taste, including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication via video Ability to present concepts in new ways and from new perspectives Ability to coordinate and communicate across all departments as needed Ability to work with a sense of urgency to drive creative efforts forward Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Parental leave 401(k) matching Family leave You're an original.
