At Point B Design Group, we view architecture as a holistic process that blends design, client needs, budget, schedule, and construction. Collaboration is key to our success, and we work closely with essential team members from the start of each project. We are currently looking for an Associate Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. Required Qualifications • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, or interior design • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution • Strong design skills, both graphically and architecturally • Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or other BIM software), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp • Strong communication and organizational skills • Understanding of each phase of the design process along with related production and documentation required for each phase • Self-motivated to stay on task in a flexible work environment • Familiarity with construction details and fabrication (construction industry experience is a bonus) • Positive attitude and good sense of humor Point B Design Group is seeking a motivated designer to collaborate on all project phases, from early design concepts to final completion.
