Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, prepare a variety of meats, fish, vegetables and fruit to produce high quality large volume meals. Clean as you go. Ensure all equipment and utensils used in the preparation of food are clean and sanitized. Reports all deficiencies to the appropriate person, such as equipment problems, need for repair or special needs of residents.
