Requirements • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture or related design field • 5‐15 years experience in an architecture firm, involved in all phases of design and construction (well experienced in Construction Documentation and Construction Administration) • Strong software skills with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketch Up • Sense of humor and positive outlook • Ability to lead and guide the production of construction documents • Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations • Perform QA/QC • Coordination skills: consultants, schedule, construction administration, etc. • Leadership and mentorship of staff and internal project team • Leadership and mentorship of staff and internal project team
