We are seeking a Principal- Architecture to provide leadership across project delivery, client relationships, business development, and people management in our St. Louis office. Serve as principal in charge on key projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from proposal through completionLead client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for major engagementsEnsure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial performance goalsDrive quality control, risk management, and successful project outcomesExecute business development strategies and cultivate relationships with clients and strategic partnersIdentify new business opportunities and support firm growth initiativesLead and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative cultureSupport execution of strategic and operational plans in alignment with firm leadershipMonitor performance trends and adapt strategies to meet business and market demands
