The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Provide strategic vision and day-to-day administration of the Interiors group • Responsible for development and execution of goals, business plan and profitability, aligning efforts with regional and national business unit plans and goals • Work in partnership with Interiors Leadership (Design Director, Operations, Technical) to achieve business and practice goals • Participate in the review of fee proposals and workload projection for projects • Work with upper management to support brand messaging which is consistent and present with the client, the internal design studio, and the design community • Maintain action plan for all Interiors projects and conduct regular review sessions with appropriate personnel • Work closely with project managers to identify budget and schedule constraints, support project profitability • Understand and enforce conditions of client contracts, and understand scope of work and where appropriate seek additional services • Ability to think strategically, implement change, enforce policy and resolve conflict Additional Information: • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now, or in the future, for this position.
