Key Responsibilities: • Procure and track orders for furnishings, fixtures, and materials based on project specifications and timelines. • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and schedule updates with vendors, warehouses, and internal team members. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records. • Support design team during furniture installations, photo shoots, and project wrap-up. • Assist with product sourcing and add items to design software for proposals and presentations.
