Responsibilities Providing administrative support for our team across all full-service design projects Gathering vendor quotes and generating purchase orders, proposals, and invoices in Studio Designer Managing ongoing purchase orders, generating project expediting reports, and coordinating with vendors, freight companies, designers, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders to maintain project timelines Assisting with general office administration and organizational tasks Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree + Experience working for an interior design/architecture firm, vendor showroom, or high‑end company selling to the interior design trade Expertise in Studio Designer, proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace About Our Company Henley is a full-service residential interior design firm based in Salem, Massachusetts that specializes in crafting highly personal spaces that are informed by tradition yet support the modern lifestyles of our clients.
