About you: • Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art or related field, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of relevant experience in product design and development • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Illustrator and Photoshop • Excellent sketcher with experience in CAD illustration or 2D/3D software and rendering tools • Knowledge/Interest in AI design tools • Knowledge of and ability to design with a variety of soft and hard materials • Have a strategic and business-oriented mindset • Experience assimilating product feedback • Motivated and self-directed with minimal supervision needed • Highly collaborative and able to successfully work in a team environment • Ability to respond to business objectives with creative, original and cost-effective design solutions. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
