To be successful in this role, you must have a portfolio of relevant design projects and experience in product design. • Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role; strong portfolio showcasing previous design work • Bachelor's degree in Product Design or relevant field • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Attention to detail, high energy, collaborative, ability to take initiative • Great taste level and presentation skills • High profile launch - must be able to handle pressure and deliver results on time
