We're looking for someone who is a detail-oriented, self-starter who can multitask and schedule production in a fast-paced, arts fabrication environment. You will be working directly with our in house team of artists, designers, project managers, production artists and fabricators to manage our production workflow across multiple concurrent projects and create strategic growth solutions to increase efficiency and expand production capacity. Local Language is an art, design and fabrication studio in Oakland, CA that specializes in sourcing, concepting, designing, and fabricating custom artwork for commercial spaces. We create innovative sculptural artworks and other artistic products such as decorative architectural elements, mirrors, printed wallcoverings, and framed prints. Working directly with the nation’s top interior design and architecture firms, we've completed custom art collections for hundreds of properties such as the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, Autograph Chicago, and Grand Hyatt Nashville.
