Production/Office Assistant

Fabric Handler / Administrative Position Available

Work Hours 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Full Time Only

Jobs Description:

This position is a flex position that is half administrative and half production.

The administrative portion includes but is not limited to:

Data entry, conference calls, scheduling, making binders, organizing project documentation, sending emails, taking meeting notes, filing project photographs, tracking shipments, checking in packages, etc.

The production portion includes but is not limited to:

Opening fabric rolls and checking them in, organizing and storing pillows and pillow inserts, retrieving items from storage as needed, picking up site plans, dropping off items to jobsites, helping load and unload hardware and upholstery pieces that come through the office, assisting field team as needed.

Required Knowledge & Skills & Abilities:

· Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

· Solid organizational skills; the ability to prioritize.

· Strong attention to details.

· Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.

· Must be self-motivated.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

· Must be able to lift at 50 lbs

· Can easily, bend, stand for prolonged periods, reach and lift, and climb a ladder

· Ability to clearly read, write and speak English

Experience Requirement

· Applicants must have administrative experience

Education Requirement

· High school diploma required

Additional Requirements

18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Drug Screening/Background Check Required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Have reliable transportation they can use for work when needed (Employee will be reimbursed for mileage, this is seldom needed.)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
