We are particularly looking for an individuals who is looking for a firm where he/she can gain a broad range of experiences, working on projects from their design inception through interior detailing. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD, must possess excellent drafting and detailing abilities, and must have hands-on experience in the drawing and detailing of high-end, custom, single and multi-family homes. He/she must be reliable, efficient and well organized. Knowledge of NYC Zoning and Building Codes, and N.Y.C. Department of Buildings filing requirements and procedures, is a serious advantage.
