Programs Managers are responsible for developing a program's objectives and strategy to assess how it will impact the department, business, and organization. This position will focus on high levels of coordination for programs and clients which include 1 in 3 Fortune 500 companies. Program Manager Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for the operations of your group • Oversee/direct program management team to ensure the following are being met • Accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple accounts • Enhance project coordination and managing project interdependencies • Oversight of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change • Direct engagement & coordination with various account manager’s to monitor account status and opportunities for improvement.
