Diversified Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Progress Tracker & Drafting Technician to bridge the gap between our active construction job sites and our main office.

This is a dynamic role splitting time between field documentation and office-based CAD work. We are fully willing to train the right candidate if you have the drive to learn and a strong attention to detail.

Job Summary

Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourLocation: El Paso, TX 79922 (In-Person / Field Split)Schedule: Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities

Field Documentation & Progress Tracking (50% - 60%)

Site Travel: Travel to various job sites across the city to conduct thorough, weekly video walk through documenting project progress.Media Management: Ensure all captured footage is clear, well-organized, and uploaded to our project management platform on schedule.Drafting & Document Management (40% - 50%)

CAD Support: Assist the layout and drafting team by preparing and updating CAD files.As-Builts & Redlines: Process and incorporate red lines, as-built drawings, and field modifications into master drawing sets.Document Control: Organize, log, and distribute construction documents, including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and revised plan sets.Archive Maintenance: Keep the digital project archive meticulously organized and up to date.Qualifications & Requirements

Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel (Required).Tech-Savvy: Strong comfort level learning new software, managing digital files, and handling video equipment.AutoCAD Knowledge: Basic familiarity with AutoCAD draftingBenefits & Perks
