• Coordinate with the design team to ensure compliance with client objectives, project budget(s), city, state and federal codes • Manage project team including client and consultant team from conceptual design through construction to ensure project objectives are met • Prepare detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultant team to produce a complete set of construction documents including written specifications for bidding and construction • Proven ability to produce a complete set of construction documents including written specifications • Experience in design and construction of projects >$1M
