Responsibilities: \- Meet with owners and clients to determine project goals. \- Assemble and coordinate construction drawing sets and obtain building permits \- Provide additional support to ensure projects are permitted and built on time. Job requirements: \- Minimum 5 years of experience \- Degree in Architecture \- 3D modeling experience (ArchiCAD preferred, will train the right candidate) \- Project management experience is a plus \- Ability to direct and oversee others work \- Understanding of construction methods and detailing \- Interior design experience is a plus \- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
