Project Architect

Located in The Canal Square building in historic Georgetown, Massa Multimedia Architecture, PC (MMA), one of Architectural Record's Top 300 Architectural firms, is looking to add multiple positions to our team, but this job description focuses on a position that lays out a unique growth opportunity for an ambitious and experienced candidate. The role of Project Architect will be to lead projects for one of MMA's Fortune 500 clients. The candidate's qualifications should include the following: • Professional Degree preferred: B. Arch, M. Arch, MFA in Interior Design • 5-7 years of experience as Project Manager • Registration preferred • Experience working on design & production drawings for new buildings, renovations & alterations • Experience managing and drafting construction documents • Candidate needs to have strong Revit skills • Experience in project management, client interface, and design team management • Experience in coordinating engineering design with architectural design • Knowledge of local building and zoning codes We offer a competitive benefits package which includes Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K, a Profit Sharing Plan, Flextime, paid architectural registration as well as 17 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) to start.
